Pet Casket - air and water tight - 24"

It's rare when a company provides this level of cusomer service. I couldn't have been more pleased working with Michelle throughout this process. After our beloved cat Chip suddenly passed away, I wanted the best for him. I looked around on the web and finally settled on Memorial Gallery Pet's site because it was clean and stood out from the rest. I called and left a message. Michelle returned it in less than 15 minutes as promised. I needed something in a larger size overnighted and after several phone calls and an email, she delivered. It was and has been rough for us, but your awesome service and product as helped. Thank you!!

I have to rate Memorial Gallery as A+ for customer service and heartfelt concern. I ordered a casket for my cat Ashley (for later) and surprising to me it was too small. I placed a clean thin towel in the casket so Ashley could step in and it was certainly too small. And...I thought I was doing everything right. I emailed Michelle and she was so very fast with a reply, then she immediately correlated information with her distributor to have the next size shipped to my house. She was prompto in creating an invoice for the difference that I owed between the two sizes and it ends up to be that I received the new casket on the same day that the distributor received my return. And...it's the right size for Ashley and some of her beloved toys when the sad time arrives. She is almost 17 years young and was diagnosed with kidney failure four months ago and with just the right amount of love she has surprised the veterinarian! It sort'a reminded me of many years ago when there was really such a concept as "customer service" and compassion. I highly suggest that people should shop at Memorial Gallery and receive the much needed compassion that is especially needed during such a sad time.
