Pet Memorial Plaque - Square

Commemorate the life of your beloved animal friend with a pet memorial plaque made of polished black marble. With laser and computer technology, we can preserve your favorite pet photo for an eternity. Simply send us a scan of your favorite pet photo and we will engrave it onto a solid black marble plaque. Custom text up to four lines may be placed onto the plaque, with 17-20 characters per line. We will provide photo editing if desired.

Our pet memorial comes in two sizes: Small - 6" x 6", Large - 12" x 12" (Please choose size below.)

Image Instructions:
We accept most of the widely used formats: .jpg, .tiff, .bmp, .png. We recommend at least 300 dpi in 4 inch x 6 inch size.

- Email us a high resolution scan of your favorite photo to service@memorialgallerypets.com after you have placed your order.
- Please include your order number in the email along with any special instructions you may have on editing your photo.
- Include any custom text you would like printed onto the dog memorial plaque.

If you do not have a digital copy of your photo, you may scan your photo at a local Walgreen's or Bartell Drugs Store and have the image put onto a CD. You can then send the CD to us at the following address:
