Just let us know you'd like to return the product within 30 days of your receipt and we will provide you with an approval email. Due to the delicate and valuable nature of our products, we require that you return it to us in the original packaging. Damage rarely occurs when shipped back in this original packaging, but it is important to purchase shipping insurance just in case damage does occur in transit. The urn is your responsibility until we receive it back in our warehouse in undamaged condition. Due to the personalized nature of engraved items, returns cannot be accepted. Caskets are the only item that requires a restocking fee of 25%.
