As you know, it is soul destroying when you lose a beloved furry family member and dealing with the aftermath of their death is agonizing. Sometimes the last thing you want to do is deal with their death by buying urns or keepsake jewllery, but you know that you have to. There are a plethora of websites out there that will take advantage of someone's grief either by financial means (they charge so much for poor quality) or by apathy (they don't deem it important to answer queries). However, this is where your service leaves the others standing. I have received nothing but kindness and consideration from you all both before and after i made a purchase. Furthermore, your products are of the very highest quality, while being easily affordable. This is why, although i live in England, i choose to order from you, all the way across the great pond. We just want to tell you that the memorial urn we just received for our beloved basset hound arrived today and it is beautiful. We just lost him on Aug. 5 and we are still raw with grief but,at some point, it is going to be a comfort to us. Dear owners of Memorial Gallery, I just wanted to send a small e-mail to thank you very much for your compassion and the services that you provide for bereaved pet owners. I, unfortunately, had the task to purchase an urn from your website due to the rapid decline of my elderly feline’s health. I use the word “unfortunately”, only because of the heart-break reality of knowing I would be losing my beloved companion within a short period of time. How lucky I was to have found your website! The urn purchased arrived just a day before I was forced to put my kitty to sleep. I am e-mailing from *Canada* and because we had a postal strike ending during the time of my purchase (many back-logged packages!) I was unsure if the urn would arrive before I needed to call my vet. *And* you were also kind enough to call me when I originally placed my order (not even collect??) to ensure that I would be receiving the urn shortly. What wonderful service! Not many people would do that. I can’t think of one at all. You didn’t need to do that, but I remember and thank you from the bottom of my heart. I just wanted to thank you VERY MUCH. The urn was lovely. As lovely as an urn can be.....Looked so much like my beloved “Heidi”. My cat, Heidi, had wonderful care in her 16 years. Her last few months needed a lot of TLC which I was glad to do. Some pet owners may not have done that. Heidi was ready last week. I was fortunate that my vet was willing to come to my residence to put her down so she would be in her own environment. I was also able to bring her up to the pet crematorium a day later to take her remains back home as quickly as possible. Even the people at the crematorium exclaimed how beautiful her urn was, as well as my vet! I am thankful that I have a couple of other pets in my residence. Although I don’t wish to sound “morbid”, I will be purchasing more urns from your website. You have a very compassionate website (owners/staff) and a wide variety of a selection. Hello Brad and Michelle, I am sorry that it took me so long to send this email, but I wanted to thank you for the beautiful job that you did making the memorial gravestone for my dog Vickie. It was so beautiful that I didn't want to put it outside because it gives me comfort in looking at her picture on it. I have decided to keep it in my flower garden instead with a solar light shining on it all night long. It is so beautiful that I don't want to put it on her actual grave right now, which is about 1 acre out on the land that she used to run, play and catch her frisbee on. To Whom It May Concern: My dog (Emma) had cancer and I unfortunately had to put her down. I ordered a urn from your company on April 16, 2011 and had not received it by April 20, 2011. I contacted your company and spoke to Allison, didn't get her last name, however she checked on my order and determined that it was never filled. I was informed that the urn I had ordered was not in stock so she suggested that I order another urn. Of course I was upset about the order not being filled because the services for my dog were to be held on the following Saturday. She was very apologetic, compassionate, and understanding. The order was replaced with a red urn which she guaranteed that I would receive it before the services. I in fact received it a couple of days later and in fact was before the services. The object of this letter is to compliment and praise Allison for her phone etiquette, compassion, understanding and her feelings that she expressed and her assistance in the matter. I wanted something made to last but I wanted it to let you know it was a dogs urn when you took one look at it. So many sites offer silly containers that just don't look secure for my pets ashes. When I came across Memorial Gallery I was so happy to see the respect they have for our friends and I knew that with one look at the home page. The price was very reasonable. I had an engraving issue that came up and they called me and made sure exactly what I wanted. The only way I could be happier is if My furry friend Noel was still here. Michelle, Yesterday, we received the dachshund sculpture for our dog, Murphy. She was a miniature red dachshund that would have been 15 years old on November 30. She suddenly became ill on November 15 while my husband and I were out of town for a family event. She was blind and almost deaf but otherwise appeared to be perfectly healthy. Our 20 year old daughter was home taking care of Murphy when she collapsed. She rushed her to the emergency vet where they discovered that she had a previously undetected tumor in her abdomen that had burst. They tried to stabilize her before doing emergency surgery to remove the tumor however, her heart stopped and she couldn't be revived. She passed away peacefully. She was our beloved family pet and grew up with our son and daughter who are now both in college. The sculpture is now on our hearth in our family room where we can all see her and know she'll always be warm and loved. The sculpture looks very much like Murphy especially the wet looking nose.
