Return Policy
Just let us know if you'd like to return the product within 30 days of your receipt and we will provide you with an approval email. 

Due to the delicate and valuable nature of our products, we require that you return it to us in the original packaging. Damage rarely occurs when shipped back in this original packaging, but it is important to purchase shipping insurance just in case damage does occur in transit. The urn is your responsibility until we receive it back in our warehouse in undamaged condition. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Engraved items, custom orders including personalized pet print jewelry, and 14K solid gold and platinum CANNOT be refunded because they cannot be re-stocked.

Cremation jewelry that has been "filled" is not returnable and will not be accepted back.

Caskets require a restocking fee of 25%.
